Taught by our Tea Master in the way she was first taught herself. You'll learn to hold the Gaiwan the way she does — steady, unhurried — and to judge, by instinct rather than the clock, when the leaf has given what it has to give. The tea is rare and single-origin; the lesson is one we don't rush.
